Open Fencing
Club members and guests are welcome to practice at AGFC. Once classes have finished the whole facility is dedicated to open fencing. Full protective gear is required. Open fencing Guest Pass is $30/day.
Open Bouting Schedule:
Monday – 7 to 10 pm
Wednesday – 7 to 10 pm
Saturday – 12 to 2 pm

Office Olympiad – Is a thrilling experience for corporate groups and offers unique team building designed to increase confidence and better communication.
Birthday Parties
Cavaliers, en garde! – Is a sword fighting party. “Cavaliers” get introduced to fencing etiquette, rules and strategy, then they get to duel each other using their quick wits and reflexes to defeat their opponents. For additional information and group rates please email to info@avantgarde.la
Clinics
Periodically guests lecture or make presentations at AGFC. Former guests include:
- Olympian Jason Rogers – made a sports psychology presentation
- Olympian Tim Morehouse – presented his autobiographical book “American Fencer”
- College expert Clifton Chang – introduced the audience to the benefits of college fencing
